Terms of Service

By using gamesense.kirk you agree to all rules listed below. Ignorance of these rules is not an excuse.

Rule 1

No Cracking or Reverse Engineering

You are not allowed to crack, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the software in any way. This includes but is not limited to: dumping memory, bypassing license checks, extracting assets, or distributing modified versions of the client.

Rule 2

Respect Staff

You are not allowed to disrespect, harass, or threaten staff members. Staff have the right to permanently blacklist you from gamesense.kirk at their discretion if you violate this rule.

Rule 3

No Account Sharing or Selling

You are not allowed to share, sell, trade, lend, or give away your account or license key to anyone. Each license is tied to a single user. Multi-logging from different IPs or devices simultaneously will flag your account.

Rule 4

No Public Exposure

Do not publicly leak or share information about gamesense.kirk's internal systems, detection vectors, or exploit methods. Posting about it in public forums, YouTube videos with identifiable info, or anti-cheat research channels puts the entire community at risk.

Rule 5

No Chargebacks or Payment Fraud

Issuing a chargeback or disputing a legitimate payment will result in an immediate and permanent blacklist. If you have a billing issue, contact staff first.

Rule 6

No Abuse of the Lua Scripting System

Lua scripts must not be used to attack other gamesense.kirk users, spam the API, exfiltrate data, or perform any malicious action against the service or its users. Marketplace scripts that contain malicious code will be removed and the author blacklisted.

Rule 7

No Impersonation

Do not impersonate staff members, other users, or pretend to represent gamesense.kirk in any official capacity. This includes using similar usernames, avatars, or claiming authority you don't have.

⚠ Consequences

Violating any of these rules will result in you being permanently blacklisted from gamesense.kirk with no refund. Severe violations (cracking, leaking, chargebacks) may also result in your HWID and IP being banned.
